About	Belle (Coupe) Harlan born to Raymond Coupe and Harriett (Ladd) Coupe, January 19, 1945. She entered the arms of her Savior surrounded by family on April 8, 2015 after a long battle with COPD. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, brother Tom, and sister Bev Link. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Garth, brother Ty (Dolores), sister Bonnie Mullen (Murray), four children: Arlita Burnham (Brian), Wayne Harlan (Marcy), Anna Armstrong (Kevin), and Jeremiah Harlan (Rosette); 22 grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. Belle was raised on the family dairy on Bond Road next to the Railroad tracks. She graduated from Elk Grove High School in '62 and then attended Sacramento City College earning her beauticians license. Belle learned to play the piano from her grandma Ladd, and had a lifelong passion for music. She loved her family and friends by remembering many birthdays, most often with a card. She loved her family, but loved her Savior Jesus Christ most of all. Belle was a member of the Wilton Bible Church where she played the piano for many years. Belle enjoyed sports watching her children and grandchildren compete. She watched the Kings, the San Francisco Giants, and especially collegiate basketball. Belle had a servant's heart, and will be missed by all who knew her, especially her family. A viewing will be held at Herberger Family Elk Grove Funeral Chapel on Tuesday April 14 from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at the Hilltop Cemetery on Waterman Rd on Wednesday April 15 at 11:00 AM. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be given to the Wilton Bible Church in care of the Belle Harlan memorial fund.
