About	Neal died January 22, 2013 in Visalia, CA at age 70. He was born in Dos Palos, CA December 9, 1942. He was a loving father and an amazing papa. He was preceded in death by his wife Janet Burnett, mother Opal Jones and father Albert Burnett. He is survived by wife Brenda; children Denise Ferris, Kelly Quesenberry, Shannon Burnett, Timothy Burnett, 9 grandchildren, Matthew, Annick, Josh, Elda, Emily, Shayla, Madysen, Neal, Sophie, Great Grandson Cannon, sister Debra Applehans and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind Jason Bailey, Kacy Bailey, Parker, Sela, Thane and Granny Faye. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren but his passion was riding his motorcycle. He will be truly missed. There will be viewing on February 3, 2013 from 1 to 5 pm at East Lawn Mortuary 9189 E Stockton Blvd Elk Grove, CA. There will be a Graveside Service on February 4, 2013 at 11:00 am at East Lawn Memorial Park, 43rd & Folsom Blvd Sacramento CA.
