Native of Elk Grove, CA, born Aug. 21, 1951, passed away Jan. 22, 2013. She was the daughter of Lillian and the late Harvey Kneppel. Debra graduated from Elk Grove HS and the University of the Pacific Pharmacy School. She is survived by her mother Lillian, daughters Tamara and Tiffany Smith, and brother, Tim Kneppel (Val, Heather and Stephanie). Debra requested no service.
