About	A celebration of the life of Bruce Nolan Crabtree took place Friday, Oct. 19 at 11 a.m. at Herberger's Elk Grove Funeral Chapel, 9101 Elk Grove Blvd. Mr. Crabtree died Oct. 4, 2012, following a battle with lung cancer. He was 64. He was born in Porterville on June 10, 1948, and grew up in Elk Grove, graduating from Elk Grove High School in 1966. He worked his entire career in agriculture, serving farmers primarily in the Delta. Mr. Crabtree is survived by his wife of 40 years, Claudia; children Sara Tozlian and husband Dennis of Paso Robles and Joshua Crabtree and wife Onallee of Elk Grove; and grandchildren Kailey, Nari, Nolan and Hannah. He was the brother of Basil and Stanley Crabtree, Barbara West, Betty Wallen, Bonnie Parker, Beverly Kuntz, Brenda Gibbs and Susan Sutter; and also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
