About	Year of graduation unknown (74?) Ronda Naomi Benson, 56, joined her ancestors on Sept. 25, 2012. She was born on March 12, 1956 in Sacramento and resided most of her life on the Wilton Indian Rancheria. She had attended Elk Grove High School and graduated from William Daylor High School. Ronda was a member of the Ione Band of Miwok Indians. She was a fun loving individual. She was a strong Indian woman, where family always came first. If she believed in something, she would fight for it. She lived life on her own terms. Ronda always wanted to help others and did, in fact helping anyone she could. The family expressed how much she will be missed. Her daughter, Andrea commented that she was a free spirit, very funny and had a good crazy way about her. Preceding her in death were her father, Eddie Taylor; infant son who died during birth, and daughter, Delores Hernandez. Surviving were her mother, Naomi Taylor; brothers, Wayne and Marty Taylor, all of the Wilton Rancheria; children, Andrea (Kevin) Saenz and Robert (Marylou) Benson; longtime companion, Bruce Southwick; and grandchildren Samantha M. Evans, Xavier Benson-Broderick, Edward Saenz, Sandra Saenz, Brooke Saenz, KJ Harbaic, and Carlos, Chris, Dennis, Bianca, Jessica and Gabby Zamudio.
