About	Tim (62) was born December 12, 1948 in Elk Grove. A lifetime resident of Elk Grove, where he graduated from EGHS in 1967. Tim served honorably 2 years in the U.S.Army. He worked as a lineman and retired from SMUD after 35 years. His interests were racing, fishing, camping, shooting BB guns in the backyard, and being with family and friends. Tim is survived by his loving wife Boneta, daughter Jennifer (Tom) Cutler, son Timothy, and granddaughters Briana Jones, Makenna Cutler, and Olivia Cutler. He leaves siblings Ralph Jones, Arlene Abbott, Gayle McKeegan, Dennis Jones, Larry Jones, Michael Jones (deceased), Gary Jones, and Kara Leonard, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Services were led by brother Larry and held on Friday, December 9, at 11:00am at the Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, Califronia, followed by a reception at the VFW Hall at 7576 Stockton Blvd. - Information from the Sacramento Bee and Elk Grove Citizen
