About	EGHS Graduation year unknown (78?) Russell died at his home in Hearld after battling ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) for three years. He was born November 1, 1960 in Sacramento to Mike and Margaret Cochran and grew up in Elk Grove, graduating from Elk Grove High School. he went to work for NCI building companies. Russell settled in the town of Hearld as did his parents, where he enjoyed time with his family, trips to the beach, and riding his Harley. he leaves behind his wife Pamela; children Roger, Michelle, Shane, Trisha, Megan, and Amelia; grandchildren Chelsea, Jacob, Dillan, and Destini; and his parents Mike and Margaret. Russell was the brother of Debora and husband Dave, and uncle of Erin, Kaityn, and Collin.
