About	Traci Beckstrom (50) of Elk Grove, member of a pioneer Wilton family, finally lost her 14 -year battle with breast cancer. Traci attended Dillard Elementary School, named for her family, and graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1978 where she was a member of the band. She was also a member of the Alta Mesa 4-H Club. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Cosumnes River College and worked as a staff manager for the California State Office of Emergency Services for 25 years until ill health forced her retirement. She was the granddaughter of Walter ans Genevieve Diilard, Charles and Mary Parnell, and Galen and Elberta Jackson. Besiders her grandparents she was preceded in death by her sister Janna Jackson, aunt Jeannie Womack, and in-laws Ferry and Grace Beckstrom. Traci is survived by her husband Paul Beckstrom of Elk Grove; her parents John and Shirley Jackson of Wilton and stepchildren Rick Beckstrom of Florida, Jennifer Madden (Matt) of Magalia and Christopher Beckstrom of Elk Grove. She was the niece of Norm Womack of Elk Grove and cousin of Pam Epps (Paul), Debbie Baker (Bob), David Womack (Gail), Philip Womack (Peg), Steve Jones (Carey), Jerry Jones and Bob and Margie Jackson. Mistress of 'Chole' the Pug. Her memorial service was held on Friday, February 4 at 10:00am at East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary Chapel, 9189 East StocKton Blvd., Elk Grove, CA. Cremation was private.
