About	Randy was born on December 9, 1965 in Sacramento, California where he later moved to Elk Grove and attended high school. After high school, Randy enlisted in the U.S.Navy. After serving in the Navy, Randy moved back to the Sacramento area where he worked various jobs from a mechanic to a salvage yard supervisor. Randy found his true calling as a taxi and charter driver. Randy loved picking up the public and taking them to their next destination. He loved to listen to the stories that they would tell him after a good night on the town. Randy is preceded in death by his grandparents Randolph Harberson and Julianna Margaret Elizabeth Elliott. Randy was a loving father to his two beautiful daughters, Rainie Elizabeth and Brittany Ranae Costello. Loving son to Chuck and Sharon Costello and loving brother to Ronald and Christopher. Randy was uncle to C.J., Conner, and Kyle Costello. Randy will be missed and loved by many. May God welcome you with open arms and may you be his driver in the clouds. A remembrance of Randy's life was held on Sunday, September 5 at 6pm at Grand Occasions, 6811 Fair Oaks Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations will be taken to to build a park bench and placed in Randy's and the girls favorite park. - Information from the Sacramento Bee, September 4, 2010
