About	Mark (53), who grew up in Elk Grove and graduated from Elk Grove schools, died in Benson, N.C. following a brief illness. Mark was born October 25, 1955 and had been living in Benson for the past six years. He was a mechanic by trade. He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Baker Dever, who died in November 2009. Mr. Dever is survived by his sons, Chuck Dever of Sacramento and Brian Dever of Benson; parents Ralph and Betty Dever of Elk Grove; sisters Sue Bernard and husband Ron and Mary Tucker and husband Bill all of Elk Grove; brothers Steve Dever of Hillborough, Oregon and Paul Dever of Diamondville, Wyomong; mother-in-law June Baker of Benson; and several nieces and nephews.
