Graduation Year Class of 1975
Date of Passing Mar 15, 2010
About He was born on June 24, 1957 in France and Immigrated with his mom, Monique Jehl, and sister, Ginette Williams to America at the tender age of seven. Landing in San Francisco for four years, he then moved with the family to Sacramento. He attended Elk Grove HS where he played football. After graduation he went to work for the Pepsi Bottling Group. He was very proud of his 30-year service and never missed a single day of work.
Raoul met the love of his life, Teri, in 1962. Along with his lovely wife he inherited two children, Jennifer Tessen and Jason Tessen (Martina) and later added three adoring granddaughters, Makenzie, Carmeron, and Anna. Poppa adored them and spoiled them rotten. The four spent many hours playing and cooking (noodles and butter) and inviting cousins along for the fun.
Raoul was an outgoing tell-it-like-it-is man with a big heart who would drop what he was doing to help a friend. Raoul had a love for life, his family, driving his Pepsi truck and especially working on and racing his yellow and blue 1966 Mustang (Doing 55). Just talking about it and reminiscing about old times made his eyes light up and get his blood pumping to do some more. Raoul's contagious laugh and sense of humor will live on in the hearts of many, forever doing 55.
His sudden death leaves behind family Don Williams Jr., Ty and Page, aunts and cousins in France and family-in-law, mother-in-law Marion Breault, brothers Robert Breault (Penny) and William Bearult, sisters Karen Stocker (Jim), Katherine Harris (Richard), Jeanne Breault, his very best friend Jim Lowe (Tamara) and many friends.
Preceeded in death by brother-in-law Don Williams Sr. and his adopted dad Bill Tregembo.
Memorial services were held at Divine Savior Catholic Church in Orangevale, California. - Information from the Sacramento Bee
