About	Funeral services were held for long time resident of Elk Grove, Sam Hubbell at the Masonic Lodge at 9829 Waterman Road after a long fight with Cancer. He was born in 1959 and graduated from Elk Grove High School. He was a carpenter by profession, belonging to carpenter's union. Local 46 for 29 years. He is survived by his sons, Jessy, Brandon, Zachary, and Randy all of Elk Grove; sisters Beva Hubbell and Elizabeth Moitoza; brother-in-law Steve Moitoza; father Hugh Hubbell and stepmother Mary Tarter. - Information from the EG Citizen (Feb 26) and Sacramento Bee (Feb 25)
