About	Chuck was born November 20, 1952 in Long Beach, California and came to Elk Grove with his family when he was 2 years old. He attended Elk Grove schools and graduated from California State University, Chico. He was an electrician by trade, but his interests lay with family and sports. He was involved in Boy Scouts, coaching fastpitch softball, football, and soccer, and he enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting with the family. He was proceeded in death by his father, Loren Kidd. He is survived by his loving wife Andrea: children Christy and Loren: grandson Ian: his shadow Bailey: kid sister Cindy: and his adoring mother Joan, all of Elk Grove: and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Remembrances were asked to be sent to the National Brain Tumor Society. Services were held in Elk Grove. - The Elk Grove Citizen and Sacramento Bee, May 20, 2009
