Brian, 41, died at his home in Phoenix, Arizona following a four-year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). He was born March 18, 1968 and graduated from EGHS in 1986 where he was active in 4-H, Young Life, and baseball. He was with the Phoenix Police Department for 19 years, and a S.W.A.T. officer for the past 9 years. Mr. Howe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norvel & Dortha Scott and Al & Marjorie Howe, sister Deane Kent, and brother Jeffery Botelho. He is survived by his wife Jacque and 10 year old twins Jeren and Brooke all of Phoenix: mother Jean Howe and husband Lloyd Hamlow of Elk Grove;father James Howe and wife Dee of Placerville; sister Dorene Jacobs of Sacramento; nephew Derek Whitespeare and niece Michaela Scheive also of Sacramento; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
