Terry had a stroke in June 2025. His condition slowly deteriorated to this heart attack. He was a retired plumber from Folsom Prison. He was married to Linda (Tonal) Miller who worked for the EGUSD. They lived in Shingle Springs - Information from Sandy (Smith '68) Emerson whom worked with Linda.
