About	BUCKINGHAM, Julie Diane Beloved mother, daughter and sister, Julie Diane Buckingham entered into heaven February 19, 2009, in Las Vegas, NV. Born March 7, 1970, in Sacramento, Calif., where she graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1988. Julie then moved to Las Vegas where she became a pre-school teacher of the Head Start Program for 13 years. She is survived by her children, Deserae, Jacinto and Marco; and mother Janet Rosales, all of Las Vegas; her father James Buckingham, her grandfather Gerhard (Helen) Kipping; sister Kim (Steve) Carriker; brother Jim (Vel) Buckingham, all of Sacramento, Calif. Services will be held at 11:00 am, Sat. March 7, 2009 at 14th Avenue Baptist Church, 6240 14th Avenue, Sacramento.
