Elk Grove, California - Richard Tamayo passed at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennie & Frank Tamayo, and his granddaughter, Isabella Faith Sandoval.
Survivors include his daughters, Sonja Tamayo, Jennifer Tamayo, and Frances Sandoval (Moises); grandchildren Kendra, Timothy, Ledia, and Isaiah; and sisters, Irene Montoya (Louis), and Estella Irizarry.
A Viewing will take place on Wednesday, May 17th for guests at Herberger Family Elk Grove Funeral Chapel from 2-4 p.m. A Mass will take place on Thursday, May 18th at St. Mary Goretti Church in Elk Grove at 10:30 a.m., and be preceded with a burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sacramento.
