About | "This morning at 5:55 am my amazing mother and dearest friend went home to Jesus. She is now dancing with her mother, brothers, and wonderful friends and family in Heaven. There is not a person that has shown me more resilience and unconditional love than her. My mom is and was a true hero that has impacted not just hundreds but thousands of lives. I can not thank all enough for the hundreds of messages from around the world honoring my mother. As I have spent these last 30 days with her since her diagnosis, I have witnessed God's glory and holiness as I watched my mother transition from this life to the next. As my mother would want all of you to know: "You have all impacted my life beyond words. Thank you for showing me the true love of Jesus. I have fought the good fight and I have finished the race. Do not let your hearts be troubled. I will see you all soon. And remember all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose. Good bye for now, but I will see you all again soon! Love you all tons!!! Your Dearest friend, Debbie" Thank you for all of those have offered and have asked about a memorial service. We are going to honor my mothers wishes and only have a small graveside service withy family and a few friends. We love you all and know the impact she has had on may of you. We will do our best to answer messages as we can during this season of grief. Thank you all again for your prayers and support" - Brandon (her son) I wanted to pass on a big loss to our Elk Grove High School class of 1974... Debbie Millers has died of Cancer. She headed up all our Reunions (Note: Reunions were every 5 years) for the past 45 years and she and her team were amazing. In our High School Senior year, Debbie was the head of all Activities for our Student Body. Everything had Debbie Miller's name on it in some way. What was amazing about Debbie is that she knew how to expand her team of Grads and deligate. There are so many fond memories we all have of her. She was a Minister in her Church and we knew what she meant to all of our classmates. Our prayers and Blessings go out to her Family and many others she came in contact with over so many years. Her Smile was INFECTIOUS and You just can't replace a person very easily like Debbie Millers. Most Respectfully, Don Ralph ('74) |
