About	SOULIER, Nathan J. Jan. 23, 1983 - June 26, 2009 Resident of Elk Grove passed away unexpectedly. He will be missed dearly by his mother Deborah, father John, sister Melissa, and many family and friends. He was the most loyal and lovable person with a huge heart, almost as big as his sense of humor.
