Sandra Lynne Stroud, 72, of Westminster, died Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at home. Born April 15, 1948 in Bakersfield, CA, she was the daughter of Imajean Chambers Rose and loving wife of Al Stroud.
Before retiring she was a legal secretary.
Besides her husband and mother she is survived by 3 children Doug Simas (Julie), Traci Simas (Joe) and Greg Simas (Jen), 2 step-daughters Kelli Maysilles (John) and Ashli Stroud, and a sister Paula Childs. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
She was predeceased by her father James “Bid” Shephard.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2716 Old Washington Rd., Westminster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157 or the William E. Kahlert Regional Cancer Center, 291 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
