About	Obituary for Ronald Kotal Ronald Kotal, age 66, of Lake Villa, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at his home. Ron was born May 10, 1952, the son of Valerie and the late Irving Donald Kotal. He was born in Chicago and raised in Elk Grove Village. He worked as an auto body technician for many years, retiring from Steve Foley Cadillac. Ron was an active member of St. Raphael the Archangel Church and their Knights of Columbus chapter 15422. He enjoyed cooking and music and will be remembered as a fun loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his wife Mariana; mother Valerie Kotal; children Kevin (Carrie) Kotal, Iris Zúñiga, Sari Zúñiga, and Alex Kotal; grandchildren Emma Kotal, Jack Kotal, Maria Fernanda G., Ivan Rios, and Jose Juan G.; and by his sister Linda (Woody) Morris. Memorial visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at St. Raphael the Archangel Church, 40000 US-45, Old Mill Creek, IL 60046. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial of the cremated remains will take place privately in Florida after the funeral.
