Drafted in to the US Army on October 26 th, 1965-discharged October 9th, 1967. The remainder of my six year commitment was mainly inactive reserve. My base was in Heilbronn, Germany in a Signal Corp Battalion. The service left me with an interest in Europe that continue's to this day.
