Nicole Marie Gonzalez-Ruddy and her unborn daughter, Amelia Grace Ruddy, were killed in a head-on collision by a drunk driver off Highway 495 in Hesperia on Saturday, January 22nd, 2023.
Nicole's husband, Andrew Ruddy, 36, survived the crash and suffered extensive injuries. Nicole was 33 years old, and 35 weeks pregnant with their first child. Nicole was the owner and wedding coordinator for Ruddy Events, a wedding planning service.

"Nicole was a loving, compassionate, kind person, who touched the lives of many people. Her laugh was infectious and her never give up attitude was contagious. Nicole frequently volunteered at her church and ran a small business as a wedding planner helping create memorable weddings for couples around the country."
