Joan Ashworth passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on the Ides of March, 2016. She was a beloved mother, daughter, auntie and sister and a princess beloved by her prince. A teacher of more than 20 years, she inspired all who knew her to be kind and loving.
Joan’s vibrant spirit will continue to live through the mindful words and actions of those she has left behind. Please join us in a celebration of her life at the Boys & Girls Club of Placer County on Sunday, March 20 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations can be sent to the Boys & Girls Club of Placer County on Lincoln Way.
