Dwayne passed unexpectedly at his home in Kapaau, Hawaii of pnemonia. Dwayne moved to Hawaii in the late 70's. He was born on October 25, 1960 at Marshall Hospital in Placerville. He is survived by a daughter, Brittany and his two sisters, Cindy and Sherry.
