Clara Dixon Scheiber & Alma Watt McLellan
Class of 1929
At the annual El Dorado High School Alumni Luncheon on March 14, 2010, the school's two oldest alumni got together. Clara Dixon Scheiber of Diamond Springs (Class of 1929) and Alma Watt McLellan of Chico (Class of 1930) are cousins and are both aged 97. Clara's 98th birthday is in April and Alma will turn 98 in October. Both have lived independently for many years after being widowed, and look forward to their annual reunion at the luncheon.
