Photo was stated as junior year. ********************** Yakima, WA - Pamela Rose Baker (Mallory) (Balzer) passed away on January 27th, 2025 at Multicare Hospital. Pam was born on October 21st, 1952 to Betty and Gene Baker at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yakima. Pam was schooled at Whitney Elementary, Wilson Junior High and Eisenhower High. Her career works were with Pinnell Office Supply, Valley Title and Pacific Power and Light as a dispatcher. Her personal favorite was working with her family at the Tom-Tom Drive Inn, with all those "IKE kids!" She liked growing tomatoes in her garden and baking goods for the holidays. She also liked Garth Brooks, Celine Dion, and Tanya Tucker in person. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, her youngest daughter Kimberly Mallory and her first husband Pat Mallory and second husband Jerry Balzer. Pam is survived by her oldest daughter Traci, Lynn Mallory and her sister Bonnie Currey (Jerry) of Bellevue as well as her brother Dan Baker (Marilyn) of Kennewick. Also, her other brother Rob Baker of Yakima. Pam is also survived by three granddaughters, Haley, Olivia and Kenista. She also has three great-grandchildren -- Aiden, Aleah and Lexi. A graveside service will be held on Oct. 21st at 1:00 PM, Pam's birthday, at the Catholic Calvary Cemetery. Many thanks to the hospice staff for their above and beyond care in Pam's last days. |
