Jeffrey Richard Lugar, born Oct. 2, 1948, in Yakima, Wash., passed peacefully June 30, 2025, at the Schneidmiller Hospice House of North Idaho. Jeff was a lifelong pilot and was affectionately known as "Captain" to his family and friends.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Pam; sons Evan (Kacey) and Blake; and granddaughters Ella and Clare. In honor of Captain's memory, donations would be welcomed by Hospice of North Idaho (www.hospiceofnorthidaho.org).
