About	Christopher Roy Rehfield (Chris) died at age 70 on June 11, 2023, from complications of cancer at his home in Portland, Oregon. His sisters as well as Hospice caregivers were with him in his last days. Chris was born December 27, 1952, in Yakima Washington at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He is the youngest of 7 children born to William D Rehfield and Claramae Rehfield. Chris was educated in Yakima schools. He lived and worked in Arizona and Oregon for many years. Chris was known for his carpentry skills, his award-winning photography and his love of life. Chris is survived by his son, Joshua Ryan Rehfield, and daughter Erin Pauline Rehfield, both reside in Washington State, grandchildren Maceala Love Rehfield, Tristan Elliot Baker and Maya Pauline Edwards and his siblings, Shirley Sattler Phipps (Dale), Rosemary Hill, David Rehfield and Francis Rehfield, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents William Dalson Rehfield and Claramae (Hubbard) Rehfield, and brothers William (Bill) D Rehfield Jr and Thomas Frederick Rehfield. In lieu of a service, we are having a memorial and Celebration of Life on September 23, 2023, from 2pm-4pm at Broadmoor Senior Citizens Park Clubhouse, 55 W Washington, Yakima, Washington. Join us for a time of visiting, with light snacks. At 2pm we will pause for sharing memories. Dress is casual.
