About	March 5, 1957 - February 18, 2023 Dale Alan Coffey 65, former longtime resident of Yakima, passed away in Olympia, WA from and extended illness. Dale was born March 5, 1957 at Yakima Memorial Hospital to Byron and Lillian Coffey. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1975 and attended Hoover Elementary as a child, where he later worked as Hoovers head custodian for 30 years and served the Yakima School District until his retirement in 2015. He played guitar and sang at many of his friends and family members special occasions as well as the annual Veterans Day assembly at Hoover. He was a Volunteer for the Boy Scouts, loved Fly fishing, bird watching and traveling to see things he'd not seen before. Dale is survived by his wife, Susan Therriault Coffey, his brother Wayne Coffey, step-children Paul (Shahani) Arambul, Ashly Arambul, Jesse (Irma) Romero Jr., step grandson Chris Walrath who he raised as his own and step grand-baby Taliyah Arambul.
