About	Kirk J. Toulouse, 64, passed away peacefully at his home in Yelm, WA with his wife Holly by his side on February 7th, 2019 after a courageous two-year battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). Kirk was born on August 8th, 1954 along with his twin brother Kim to Howard and Jeanne Toulouse. Kirk graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1973 and shortly after enlisted into the United States Air Force where he served his country for 6 years, traveling to different duty stations before returning to civilian life in Yakima. He worked in the pool and spa industry for many years in Washington and California before opening his own business (SPEAR) in Yakima in 2004 repairing and maintaining swimming pools and spas. Kirk is remembered with love by his wife Holly (Yelm, WA), Brian Hoffmeister (New York), Alyse Toulouse (Oakland, CA), Brian Toulouse (Yakima, WA), Jodie Marquard (Yakima, WA), Kim Toulouse (Yakima, WA), Jill and Greg Payseno (Port Orchard, WA), Nick Kelller (Bremerton, WA), Marcus Keller (Yakima, WA), and Paul Marquard (Tooele, UT). A celebration of life with a reception to follow will be held on March 30th at 12:30 at Shaw and Sons. The Toulouse family would like to extend special thanks to Kirk’s wife Holly for the love, kindness and care that you showed our brother.
