About Me	I moved back to my hometown of Napa, California in January of 2009 after being gone for 7 1/2 years living in Shingletown, California (population 1000) with my husband Wally. It was like a honeymoon/vacation. I soon realized I was not the mountain woman I thought I was following the death of my Wally this in October 2008. Snow removal and hauling firewood are really a two person job. I have learned that when one door shuts another opens and I am very happy and thankful to be back home in Napa with my loving and caring family and friends. I have found that life can be very unpredictable. It goes by way to fast to sit around and let grass grow under your feet. One must be pro active on ones on life. Lastly, I love to spend time with people who enjoy laughter. Laughter is a very crucial element to life. Plus I think laugh lines are much more attractive than old frowning, grumpy, unhappy face wrinkles. So keep smiling and let loose with a laugh now and then. May 2010 I realize that life is again unpredictable and that our God does have a plan for us. When I least expected a wonderful man entered my life. Dave and I married December 31, 2010. I never thought love would come my way again. Thank you Jesus. 2011 Will here I go again. My David and I have found that retirement can be a wonderful thing. It can also get a little boring.
