| About Me | I am not nearly as cute as our dogs, and think people would much rather see an adorable puppy than an old lady. I was widowed suddenly in May 2013 and miss my wonderful husband and best friend, Jim, every minute of every day. I live, with the Wheatens and my adopted family, on top of a hill on 14 wooded acres 26 miles west of Portland, Oregon. Our family also includes the Feeney dogs, Seti, Lillie, Rah and Otis, and the cats, Bess, Isis, Abby, Jasper and Mila. Good thing we have lots of room! Born in Chicago, grew up in Edina, Minnesota, lived for some time in Aspen, back to Chicago, back to Minnesota, then Scottsdale, Arizona and now North Plains, Oregon. Lost my best friend and husband, Jim, in May 2013.
