Not sure it is Edgar HS from Wisconsin. Found at Atlantic Beach North Carolina about two - three summers ago. Class of 1999. On one side it says EDGAR and has what looks like a bagpiper on it; and what looks like "Bel Air" in script. Has four initials inside "E" "I" and two others, omitted here for positive identification purposes. Contact Catfish Williams j2catfish@juno.com. Please include "lost ring: on subject line of e-mail.
