About Me	Went straight to UTEP, then joined the El Paso Sheriff's Department. In 1991 I joined the Dallas Police Department, have been there ever since. Currently I am assigned to the Academy where I am one of Five Lead Instructors. Each instructor is responsible for approximately 50 recruits for 33 weeks. I also teach the driving portion, ground fighting, physical fittness, and small weapons. Everyday is a challenge but very rewarding.
