About Me	My wonderful husband and I have been married for 12 years and we have five children--Liberty (10), Emory (5), Archer (2), Hartley (9mo), and Lilly. Lilly passed away in April 2008 from a rare mitochondrial disease at the age of 20 months. Our journey with her was incredible and changed us forever. We live in OK and love it. Scott realized a life-long dream in 2009 when he started his own construction company after being laid off from his commercial construction job. In 2013 he launched Union Tacos and we began a new adventure in the restaurant business. I stay at home with my girls, which is the best job in the world.
