Donna Ellen Isley, 47, of 4748 Friendship-Patterson Mill Road, Burlington, died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Monday, June 25, 2007, at 7:37 a.m., following a lengthy battle with cancer. A native of Randolph County, she was the wife of Barry Isley who survives and the daughter of Russell and Louise Routh, both surviving. She was a registered nurse for 25 years at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church.

In addition to the husband of the home and the parents of Randolph County, survivors include one daughter, Brooke Isley of the home; one sister, Lisa Slusher and husband, Keith of Liberty; and one brother, Lynn Routh and wife, Wendy of Liberty.
