About Me	I am a native of Washington DC. I attended DC Public School (Payne Elementary and Hine Jr.. High) and the University of the District of Columbia, obtained my certification in Real Estate from Prince George’s Community College. I am currently married and have three sons. One son (Derrick Bowling) attended University of Virginia with a concentration in Mathematics; second son (Jerome Bowling) attended Shippensburg University and transfer to Gupton Jones College in Atlanta with a degree in Mortuary Science and is a license mortician for the District of Columbia; and the last son (Jerrod Bowling) attended Millersville University then transfer to Temple University –graduating with a degree in Chemistry. My employment history spans a period of 42 years of federal service. Whereas, 24 years was with Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), working in the Office of Compliance and Community Affairs. My duties once included: • Home Mortgage Disclosure Analyst • Branch Manager and assistance with bank closures • Community Affairs • Compliance My first employment in the real estate arena occurred in 2001- 2009 with Coldwell Banker/Weichert as a part time real estate agent.
