About Me	Best Selling Author of the "Monk Mysteries Series. Vol.1"The Monk" published in 2009. Vol 2. "The Gumdrop House Affair" released in April 2017 has been a Kindle Bestseller since it's release. I am the Founder, Director and Coach of the "REC-N-CRU" a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corp. and one of the Nation's most sucessful Powerlifting Teams.When the Team was formed in June of 2010 none of the Members had ever competed in Powerlifting. As of 5/7/11 the Team has accumulated 21 World Records, tied or set 16 National Records and have over 25 State Records."INFIRMUS DE LIBRE" is the Team Motto. From the Latin it translates to"LIBERATE THE SICK AND THE WEAK". Weak in mind or spirit, low self-esteem, the REC-N-CRU is there to help. This assistance comes from what it takes to become a World Record Holder and applying those principles to everyday life. I hold the NASA World Unequipped Bench Press Record(336 lbs.
