About Me	I competed for 2 years on the Community College Track & Field team throwing javelin. After that, I traveled around the world with the Semester at Sea program for 3 months. I visited 10 different countries many of them 3rd world. Around that time, I was set up on a blind date with my now husband of 11 years, Mike Irmer. In 2003, we were blessed with our daughter Shelby. We live in the valley and she attends South Pines Elementary. As far as my working life goes, I spent 3 years with a Hungarian woman giving therapy to kids with Celebral Palsy.
