About Me	Went in Coast Guard, got into radio broadcasting in Virginia while in service. Got out in '69, attended broadcasting college, first on-air job at (then) WSAY in Rochester (as Jerry Jack), started Rochester's first "oldie" show called Friday Flashbacks. Moved to Anchorage Alaska in 1973, programmed 4 station there, moved to Fairbanks and programmed 2 stations there, in '89 moved to California, prgrammed 2 stations there, moved to Colorado Springs for about a year prgrammed 2 stations there, did some TV work, transfetted to sister station in McAllen, Texas in 1990, programmed my last station there. Got out of radio in 1992 and joined University of Texas, McAllen, transferred to Univ.of TX Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in '96, transferred to Univ of Tx MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston in 2003, retired in 2005. Utilized my computer knowledge and networking to go into sales. Don't think I will ever retire, too much motorcycling to do but may bag the sales soon. Married a wonderful person named Karen who I met while in radio in 1983 and we BOTH ride the motorcycle every chance we get. Have a new GL1800 Honda Goldwing that makes all my old Harley's look like small engined bikes! Miss the Hog sound so may get another one just to kick around on seeing I'm not deaf yet from the sound! ...(read more)
