| About Me | I have a sense of well being and confident in my capability to live in the world. I am easy to get along with, safe to be around as I am not interested in conflict, competition or guilt. I am comfortable and basically undisturbed emotionally as my attitude is non-judgmental and have no need to control other people's behavior. I am patriotic, healthy, educated, tall, athletic, and spiritual. I have traveled through out the US the world and love America. A gentle soul who looks to understand rather than to judge. I play golf, bridge, dance and enjoy varied cultural activities. Love to read, and enjoy intellectual pursuits including art and anything that is beautiful. I have a wicked sense of humor, but no guffaw or slapstick and enjoy fooling around from time to time. Even though self admiration is pretty boring, language is my gift, and I enjoy chatting it up with meaningful and pleasant conversation. Anything from your golf swing plane to enlightenment, our place in the cosmos and beyond. I am a kind, considerate, thoughtful and affectionate. Normal, young for my age group, privileged upbringing, hard worker and low maintenance, although I do like to be spoiled occasionally. Faithful, love children, animals and the elderly. I am a calm, reasonable man who likes to be engaged in the dance of life. I am a former Marine and try to stay squared away, although not obsessed about it, but you will not often see me in scuffy shoes. I am a snappy casual dresser and own a tuxedo that still fits, although a little snugly. I like to paint and have an easel next to my captains chair so I can dabble when ever the spirit moves me. I call my art primitive kindergarden, but I like the way it looks and artwork seems to sooth me. I have lived here in the Big Swamp for the past 12 years now and migrated from Cherry Hill, NJ where I was a senior executive in the High Tech Industry. I now substitute teach little imp angels in elementary school a couple of days a week to give back to the community. I like second graders the best. I have just moved to Seattle where I now live with my new love Diana Friedman and we are starting a new life together. I have a daily Yoga Practice and pump a little iron every day and pay close attention to what I eat and drink - well, most of the time. If it came in thought the car window it is probably not food. I have a willingness to take adequate care of myself. Not a hypochondriac or obsessed with my appearance, but not ignoring things either. As a result I hardly ever need medical att...(read more) |
