Good Morning Classmates,
Just wanted to get our final plans for our 55th Reunion. It will be held as planned on Oct. 5th and 6th. On Fri., the 5th, we plan to meet at Anna Sue's house at 6 PM. Russ plans to cook fish so we will have fish and all of the trimmings that night. We also will need help that morning,, if anyone who has a pickup can meet us at Anna Sue's about 11 or so to go to the Christian Church and pick up tables and chairs and help us get them set up and then on Sat. night after the party we will need help returning them to the Church for their use on Sun. Morning. Just please let me know if you can help with this. On Sat. Morning we will meet at the park around 10 or so and have coffee, donuts, and juice. On Sat. Night, our plan is to meet at Anna Sue's around 5 PM and we will have Hors D'Oeuvres with plans to eat around 6 PM. Our meal will be catered from Dexter BBQ, and will be BBQ, potato salad,cole slaw and baked beans. The total cost will be $20 PP and can be paid at the party or you can send me a check made to Joreta Gregory at 5789 E. Dix/Irvingtonn Road,, WalnutHill. Il. 62893. We also plan to do a small booklet with updated Names addresses, Emails, and phone numbers. Anna Sue and Sandra will be putting this together and can be paid the night of the party or if you plan to mail your check you can include it with the $20 PP charge. We are paying someone to work in the kitchen so they wil be keeping the food out on the tables and will be doing clean up, so we can enjoy our time together.
Please send your short Bio's with your updated info and if you plan to attend or not by replying to this by July 31th, so we can give the Caterer a Number to plan for. Please respond, evenn if you cannot attend so I will know for certain you have received this email.
