About Me	Married Patricia Ann Dietz in Aug 1963. Joined USAF in 1963 and retired as a full Colonel I Joined the USAF in 1963 and retired in 1987 as a full cornel. During my AF career, I was a manager of Electronic Warfare (EW) Development and production programs, a manager of A-10 Aircraft Update Programs and flight test activities, the AF Director of the restart of the U2 High Altitude Reconnaissance Aircraft Production Program and also was the AF System Command Director of EW, Recon & Intell Development & Acquisition Programs. I joined Northrup Gruman in 1987 and retired in 2020 to start a high-tech advanced development company named LFInc with a partner. At North Gruman, I was director of EW Development Activities as well as manager of a number of special access programs. At LFInc we specialized in GPS Jamming and protection solution, IED advanced solutions and other advanced military solutions.
