sending in your money if you wish to buy one
Next week I will be sending all final info and payments to Beth Owen Whitney, who is compiling it for us. As stated in the invitation, your contact info will not be listed in the directory without your express permission.

If you wish to hold onto the response form (reunion response deadline is not until May 15) and/or are concerned about the speed of the mail, you can always email me the info (bamerz825@gmail.com) and PayPal me the payment for the directory. When you email me, I will provide you with my PayPal email address.

Additional Directory Information

With just a little over two weeks until the deadline for the directory information and/or payments to be submitted, some of us, including myself, have found it to present a problem that we now have two separate deadlines–one for the directory (April 24) and one for attending the reunion (May 15), but only one response form. Realizing that many may want to wait as long as possible to decide on attending, and in an effort to provide that flexibility, I have come up with a way to make the process easier for all of you.

You can now save the response form for your attendance at the reunion, and send in your information and/or payment for the class directory another way.

You can email me at the email address on the invitation (bamerz825@gmail.com) regarding all of the directory information, such as…

- whether or not you wish to have your info listed in the directory (we will not include your personal information without your express permission)
- which of the following you want listed in the directory–address, telephone/cell number(s), email address, social media info (platform and name), and a short bio (make sure to include all of this information, including the bio)
- your preferred method of contact (it can be more than one)

You can then PayPal me the payment for the directory if you wish to buy one. I have added the separate reunion bank account to my PayPal account.

When you email me your information, I will give you the email address to use for sending me the directory payment via PayPal. It is not the same as my regular correspondence email address. So please don’t presume that.

Please communicate with me on this directly through email and not through a message posted on Facebook, Classmates, or AlumniClass, which I may miss.

Please note that you can buy a directory without wanting to be in it, and you can opt to be in it and not buy one. This is your choice.

If it turns out that you will not be attending the reunion, your directory will be mailed to you. So please be sure to alert me if your mailing address is not correct on your invitation.
