About Event
- Catered buffet meal to be served at 3:00 pm. Water and ice available.
- Please bring snacks or desserts to share, if you feel so inclined.
- if you can arrive early or stay late to help set up/ clean up, that’d be appreciated.
- Shelter seats 50+ with overflow capacity.
- Wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking spaces.
+ Restrooms are also handicapped accessible.
- Cost: $20 per person includes catering, pavilion rental, paper products, etc.
