About Me	When I left school I went into automotive repair. In 1979 I began producing a specialized food product in California, which I sold in small quantities. The demand grew and I opened for business formally back in Utah. In 1996 I contracted with a company in California to produce my products for national sales. Our line became known as one of the best and received recognition from the highest levels. In 2005 that same company had financial problems and chose to close their doors.
