| About Me | I went to college to become a teacher and after two years of teaching found I was not teacher material. I ended up at a bank and began attending night school to obtain an MBA with a Finance emphasis. I ended up working for the Resolution Trust doing the savings and loan disaster. I was working with CPAs which inspired me to return to school to get the accounting I needed to sit for the CPA exam. I passed the CPA in 1996. Later, while working as an internal auditor, I decided to sit for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) exam and passed that as well. I now work for an insurance company.
