About	Joe attended East High along with his younger sister Sue and brother Ger. He married Penny Earl, who also graduated from East High. They had 2 children, Mark and Tracy, who have given him 5 grandchildren. Joe was known to be a very generous and helpful person to all who knew him. He will be missed.
