Class of 1973

His accomplishments are too numerous to name -- but there are 2 distinctive ones that make him more
than deserving for a spotlight. 1) Garner-Webb's Gallery of
Distinguished Graduates 2009 award ; and 2) the Town Of K'ville renaming
the K'ville Police Dept to the Stockton Law Enforcement Bldg. The GW
